I bought this property whilst overseas, potentially difficult, but Petals made it easy. She was able to answer detailed questions about the property, area and previous owner, and was an effective and genuine communicator. Upon arrival and viewing the property it was better than expected :-) the photos online were accurate - they hadn't used those deceptive wide angle lens to make it look bigger - and the paint condition was excellent. Petals personally made this purchase very straight forward. I would use her services again, both as a purchaser and as a vendor, knowing that she is trustworthy and respectful towards clients makes her a valuable agent to have.

Although Petals was the Seller's Agent she couldn't do enough for us. Her bubbly personality put us at ease straight away.
