Petar was enthusiastic, professional and committed. He made the process of selling as seamless as possible and showed a genuine care for us as the vendor. I highly recommend his services.
Petar was so helpful and professional right from the beginning of the sale process. He always kept us informed of the results of inspections and got us a result far better than we expected! We highly recommend Petar.
Petar has to be the best agent I met in my house buying journey. He never rushes when he is explaining. He is very honest as he is open and upfront when I asked him about price, information on other potential buyers and the general market etc. Some other agents I talked to come across as evasive when it comes to giving a indicative price. The conversations I have with him over the phone is very clear. This really reassured me and definitely helped me in deciding my purchase. I didn’t have to do anything in the process. Thanks for the effort Petar in sealing the deal. He definelty represented my interest very well as a buyer.
Petar was very helpful through every step of the process. He had very thorough knowledge of the area i clouding market value and demographic. He maintained very good communication with us which secured the home we were after. Petar was also very patient with us as we had many questions!

I've been searching for a dream house for quite some time now and every time there has been an emotional roller coaster. This time I met Petar, the real estate agent who has been able to give me the help and advice I need, not just on an extremely professional level but also in a timely manner which is crucial in my case. I can't remember how many after work hours queries I've made and the immediate responses I received from Petar. From answering questions about the listing to helping me with the understanding of making an offer; from coaching me with auctions to after-sale support, Petar made me feel like a valued client/buyer and I've very grateful for that. Keep it up, Petar!
