Petar was truly exemplary. I could not have asked for a better experience throughout the entire process. The property in question was not a typical one as it was within an aged care facility which presents its own set of problems but Petar was able to tackle each one as they came. Ultimately it was his professionalism and expertise that was able to get the property sold in a time that met my needs and a price I was more than satisfied with. He was great from start to finish.

I have spoken to many Agents regarding selling my home and none of them can match the service, knowledge and professionalism Petar showed. I tried to sell my home with another Agent and it was unsuccessful and so I was very nervous and stressed when I signed with Petar but he assured me that he would get the sale for a good price and that's what he did. Unlike other Agents he negotiated with potential buyers to get a better price rather than just accept whatever offer was made. In summary, I cannot recomend Petar highly enough.
