Petar's team has a solid process sales process where all the important milestones are taken care of digitally and I am well informed (from signing exclusive authority, advertisement feedback loop, property marketing statistics, customer feedback to price opinion). The signing process of contract is also simple and easy to follow. In addition, Petar did introduce a great staging company for me to stage the bedrooms, they are price very reasonably and did a great job. In term of the agent fee, Petar did suggest a rewarding approach where if the property is sold in a good price, I can decide to award the agency the high end of the commission percentage. This works really well and I did get a great result. In summary, Petar did produce me with a one stop shop experience that is streamline, easy to follow, well informed, and overall it is a fantastic experience.
