Our experience with Petar was schmick - in every way. We've previously sold with another popular local agent who was lovely and warm to deal with, but was lacking in energy, so it was a pleasant change to experience the whirlwind we did with Petar. From the first day we called him, we always felt that we were his highest priority. (he told me once that if the client has to call the agent, the agent isn't working hard enough! - very true!) I can't say enough about this agent! He was exceptional from start to finish, always on the ball and kept me up-to-date with everything that was going on. I've dealt with many agents in my time, and Petar has to be on top of my list! He sold my place very quickly at about the price he said it would sell.
