When I received a text from Peter saying he would be at my place to take the deposit in 37 mins. I thought what kind of time line is this? Normally people will say in half an hour or so. But to my surprise I received a call from him exact 37 mins later and he was at my front door. I visited the property like 2-3 times just to make sure this was the right property for me.
