In the last 6 month we sold a Rental with a different agent. Looked for a new home for our move and I must say most agents are not committed to the buyers looking for a new home. I send my inquiry for 12 Coronet Court in Cranbourne off at about 7am , within less then a Minute I got a phone call from Peter Ferguson. We arranged a meeting at the house, Josepf Fernand arrive to show me the property. The property was everything I was looking for but at the time out of our price range. Joe was calling me back and showing me different properties, staying in touch and narrowing it down to other hopefully suitable properties. Not an easy task when your main priority is finding a place where 2nd Chance Cat Rescue can find it's new home too. Plus fitting in 3 cars, a Trailer and a lot of Rescue paraphernalia . I wasn't the average house buyer and Team Ferguson kept me updated with all the listings which could of been of interest. I had weekly phone calls with Joe and he got to know me really well. Till I finally met Peter in person. What an interesting and very successful house hunting day that was! I called my husband at work arranged a meeting at the house I first visited and that evening we signed the contract. We are looking forward to moving shortly and can only highly recommend this dedicated team . We actually just sold our house with Peter too. Keeping us in the loop and letting us know all the updates was something we did not get from our rental property sale just a few weeks earlier.
