In the last 6 month we sold a Rental with a different agent. Looked for a new home for our move and I must say most agents are not committed to the buyers looking for a new home. I send my inquiry for 12 Coronet Court in Cranbourne off at about 7am , within less then a Minute I got a phone call from Peter Ferguson. We arranged a meeting at the house, Josepf Fernand arrive to show me the property. The property was everything I was looking for but at the time out of our price range. Joe was calling me back and showing me different properties, staying in touch and narrowing it down to other hopefully suitable properties.
