Our investment property was rented out and full to the brim with tenants belongings. With the tenancy running out in a couple of months we assumed our only option was to wait until the home was vacated and then given a spruce up. Peter was fantastic. The enthusiasm and commitment to selling our property was genuine and unfailing. Always dressed immaculately. Although we did not reach the price we were wanting; I know Peter did all he could in what is a tough market at the moment. This is the second property that Peter and his team have sold for me and I would not use any other agent to sell a property. We had an issue with the buyer and his finance that delayed settlement by a massive 90 days. Peter was onto the buyer on a weekly basis and sometimes on a daily basis trying to get the property settled. My first property could not have been the opposite. Sold within 48 hours of listing (without a home open) for $5,000 more than asking price. I received the exact same service both times - spot on. I can honestly say that if there were more agents such as Peter and his entire team then the public perception of them would be totally different. People would use words such as trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, hard working, brilliant communicator and helpful to describe the industry.
