In a good market the decision for us came down to who would attract the most buyers. I talked to a lot of real estate agents before I finally chose Peter. He let me feel he is very nice to talk to , understanding, reliable and he's not greedy like some of the other agents. Druing the process of the sale, he's been nothing but hard working and doing his best. Usually, I'm not easily pleased but this time I'm glad I chose him. Only problem is he is hard to reach, if there's nothing going on he will not call you just to tell you that. But after a while I get it.
