We had been in the market trying to purchase a home for nearly 18 months dealing with a multitude of R/E Agents. Most were frankly, awful. Arrogant, pushy, and some, borderline dishonest, and some just dishonest. We walked away from some properties that eventually sold for less than we offered, simply because of the Agents practices. Peter asked me if he could act as sales agent for my property. During the nine weeks of the marketing campaign, he called me on just three occasions with progress updates. In between there were some text messages. Overall communication was sparse. One interested buyer contacted me via my solicitor to say that he had made an offer, and that Peter would only respond by sms, and had not called him back to discuss his offer. The biggest surprise came when Peter accepted an offer from the eventual buyer without first consulting me. I found this to be quite a coercive gesture on his part, which created confusion all round, particularly among the conveyancing solicitors. I found Peter's attitude to buyers disconcerting, when he referred to some as "retards". His attitude to vendors is not much different. The last communication from him was when he insisted that I send him a signed copy of the contract, instead of going through my solicitor. Selling my property with Century 21 has not been the most memorable experience.

Great team and fabulous service. Selling our family home of 27years was not an easy decision. However, our choice to sell with Maria and Peter at Century 21 Turramurra made the process an easy one. They work as a strong team and have the vendors interest at heart the entire time. They are extremely knowledgeable about the area and the market.
