We got 3 other agents in to value the property, all of which gave outlandish estimates of what we could achieve for our property (we had a fairly good idea of what the property is worth). Peter went through what it was worth and provided great comparables. Follow ups on people through the property was great and we sold the property for the price we had it on the market for, and what it was valued at initially.

Peter provided some great cost effective advice as to how to get the property ready for sale. Little improvements that would make a big difference. His marketing plan was excellent and reasonably priced. He recommended a price range that turned out to be spot on and was able to negotiate the purchaser up to a price that worked for me. He kept me informed all the way along. He was also able to recommend some conveyancers for me to contact.
