Pete was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. He had great tips for us to improve saleability of our property and he was optimistic but pragmatic when it came to price. He presented a marketing strategy that made the most of our location and our money. He and his staff were always easy to contact and quick to help us. They worked hard for us and made accommodations for us as we live a few hours from the house we were selling. No negatives to report, no reservations to recommend Pete to anyone.
