Friends told us we should have engaged Peter Burley after we had sold our previous home in Buninyong. We do wish they had told us this before hand! I have used Peter Burley several times before both in buying and selling property. He is my 'go to agent' for anything real estate. I always find Peter genuine, honest and willing to give advice even when that advice may not directly lead to a sale. This property became a worry for me and Peter came through the house several times over a number of years and he did not push me to make the decision to sell at any time. He was always willing to chat, give advice,be on the end of the phone or visit the property and when I decided to sell, he sold it within one week! He gave me the best advice at how to prepare the property with minimum work and expense for me. Peter is an amazing and expert agent and having know him for many years I am amazed at how he has risen to the top of his chosen career with a mix of ambition and caring and a genuine 'people person' approach.
