Peter sold my property for as good a price as we could get. Took a bit longer than I thought but it sold eventually.

I know that it is probably hard for people to understand but Peter Burley and Harcourt’s in Ballarat made the process of selling my house an enjoyable process! As a first time Seller I relied upon their guidance and expertise to make sure I was doing all the right things at my end – but to also keep me calm and from worrying about things I didn’t need to. They provided guidance on what I need to improve to obtain the best price and quickest sale – the advice was realistic and kept to my budget limitations. Anyhow when it came to listing the property it sold in 6 days. No open house was required just private viewings. Their utilisation of a broad customer base really assisted in this. Post sales follow up has also been good and they have a good support network for legal/cleaning etc.

The sale of my house was fast with the outcome I was hoping for. Peter Burley was exactly what I was hoping for in an estate agent. He was open and honest about my home and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. He was absolutely remarkable, with communication, and following up on any queries I had. But I also have to pass on accolades to Emily Kirby who was so professional in dealing with any questions/queries I had regarding the advertising of my home. Thank you Emily! Friends told us we should have engaged Peter Burley after we had sold our previous home in Buninyong. We do wish they had told us this before hand! However, we had decided that when we upgraded our town house and placed it on the market we would contact Peter. Peter was quickly able to understand our needs and transfer them in to a plan to get the desired result. However the outstanding thing was that him and his team delivered on that plan, in a shorter than expected time frame. I would be happy to use and recommend Peter and his team again.
