Peter Capindale is brilliant. We bought our house from him and he sold our house 4 years later. Communication was outstanding, he is very knowledgeable and such an honest agent. Can't say the same about the agents we are working with relocating interstate. Would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell! Top guy!
Peter and the team were amazing. They were knowledgeable, friendly and honest and kept us well informed throughout the whole process.
Peter is well presented and genuine, We got a sense of honesty and he explained everything well and during such a stressful time made his part of the process stable and reliable. Thank you.
Peter Capindale treated our sale with five star service and the Nick Duchatel team that backed him up were excellent. I particularly liked his realism about price and his strategies for achieving the highest price possible. The use of the What's App programme, messages and emails means that you always know what is happening and what is scheduled. As well as being efficient, Peter is a nice guy.
Peter was a wonderful agent to work with. He was very thorough and kept us up to date with all processes. He was very easy to talk to and accomodating at any time of the day if we had questions. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone. Our house managed to sell well above the reserve and this was definitely helped through Peters efforts. Thank you so much
Peter was very professional in the way he went about his business. He’s communication was first class and always kept us in the loop, subsequently helping us in securing the property! Highly recommend!
Peter continued to go above and beyond with what was a tricky property to sell. His communication was always clear and timely, without being too much. Most importantly, Peter was always honest, sadly a rare trait in the industry. His ability to give it to us straight, even when it wasn't what we wanted to hear was much appreciated and ultimately the reason that we sold with him.
Peter’s tenacity, his integrity, his professionalism and his incredible people skills were all instrumental in getting us a great sales outcome. His wisdom, his candour, his responsiveness and round-the-clock 24/7 (literally!) focus on achieving a great result for us took all the stress and anxiety out of the process and made selling with Belle an absolute joy-ride. Peter you’re a star! Thank you so much!
We are first home buyers who recently purchased from Peter. He was very quick to respond to our queries, very proactive, and the process of getting/receiving comms between the vendors and us was with real ease. We had a few unrelated hurdles through the process, but his expertise and professionalism really made the buying process easier for us.
Peter was open and timely with all communications and enquiries. As a first homer buyer it is a daunting process and Peter took the time, made himself very available and assisted me throughout. It has been an exciting time and I was pleased to have friendly and experienced agent like Peter.
Peter and the team delivered on everything they said they would do. They were attentive, provide frequent communications and feedback and the end sale price exceeded the top of the range they had provided.
Peter Capindale was a helpful efficient no BS type of real estate agent, just what I wanted. My unit was sold fast as requested. Belle Team was excellent and able to provide reliable contacts for services I required. As a senior person all my expectations were met and I am very happy with the whole process. Thank you Peter for helping me achieve my goal in these uncertain times. I would recommend this agency to everyone as they were recommended to me.
