Did you know that moving is actually in the top 3 most stressful life events? It's not surprising. So if you are going to pick an agent for your sale, pick one who takes some of that stress away. Pete was that guy for us, he wasn’t your standard cookie cutter "Northern Beaches agent" which is exactly what wanted, theres no sharks in suits at Belle Property Dee Why - there are still great suits tho!:-) The whole team seemed to be honest, genuine and happy to help and explain the process at every stage - a well oiled machine! We never felt like just another job or discounted in any way because we were just selling a two bedder. Pete worked hard to get us the result we wanted, and in record time! I would have been happy to both buy and sell with him. I don’t think i felt stressed throughout any of the process, if that isn’t the best recommendation I don’t know what is! Peter was an awesome real estate agent to work with! He is laid back, knowledgable, patient at times of ignorance at our end and super helpful.
