Peter was the ultimate professional to deal with. We found him to be of high integrity and honesty throughout the whole process. He was very responsive to our calls and texts at anytime of the day and night and was extremely patient and professional at all times. We would definitely recommend Peter and his team to anyone. Thanks !
Peter Capindale went above and beyond for us throughout the whole process. He displayed a high level of integrity and honesty at all times and was always calm and measured in his approach. He communicated with us daily (even several times a day) . So easy to deal with! I cannot recommend Peter, Luke and Caroline highly enough! Thanks
So happy with Belle real estate specially Peter, lovely group of people to deal with and very professional. Recommended them to any one. Big thankyou to Peter and his team for selling our unit and looking after us. Cheers!
Peter was highly professional and thorough throughout the entire sale process. Most importantly Peter and his team delivered a good result with the ultimate sale price of my property.
Truly great experience Peters market knowledge and experience has put my mind at ease and achieved a great result. Highly recommend. Belle properties team at Dee Why have been fantastic all the way through l.
over the past 6 months of house hunting Peter was probably the only agent that didn't feed me full of bullshit and would be happy to deal with him again.
We can’t thank Peter and his team enough. His professionalism, efficiency and advice has been second to none. He made the entire process smooth and his calm approach alleviated any anxieties. We achieved a sale price beyond our expectations - mainly due to amazing styling and marketing. We can’t recommend Peter highly enough.
Did you know that moving is actually in the top 3 most stressful life events? It's not surprising. So if you are going to pick an agent for your sale, pick one who takes some of that stress away. Pete was that guy for us, he wasn’t your standard cookie cutter "Northern Beaches agent" which is exactly what wanted, theres no sharks in suits at Belle Property Dee Why - there are still great suits tho!:-) The whole team seemed to be honest, genuine and happy to help and explain the process at every stage - a well oiled machine! We never felt like just another job or discounted in any way because we were just selling a two bedder. Pete worked hard to get us the result we wanted, and in record time! I would have been happy to both buy and sell with him. I don’t think i felt stressed throughout any of the process, if that isn’t the best recommendation I don’t know what is! Give Pete a call and find out for yourself what makes him the right guy for the job.
We are highly recommending Peter! We were recommended to have Peter as our agent by one of our real estate agent relatives, and we have not regretted a single bit. Peter is very professional, genuine, caring and thorough! Peter has gone above and beyond what is required from real estate agent to assist us a smooth process. He also keeps us very well informed throughout. Peter stands out among all other real estate agents we have dealt with. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough!
A knowledgeable and trustworthy agent who knows the market and does his best for buyer and vendor alike. I daresay in (in my experience) it is rare to meet a real estate agent with such integrity. Thanks heaps for supporting us through our upsizing, at a challenging time. Top marks and thoroughly recommended!
Peter was an awesome real estate agent to work with! He is laid back, knowledgable, patient at times of ignorance at our end and super helpful. Plus, he seemed to really care and was genuinely excited about our purchase - he even made a follow up call just to see how I was feeling and offer any further assistance. Will definitely be contacting him if we ever look to buy another place.
Peter is calm, efficient, confident and reassuring. He got us a great price for our unit and was always available to answer questions or to provide reassurance. I would recommend him in a heartbeat
