Peter has a lot of confidence and puts that confidence in you to sell your home which is fantastic, it gives you ease of mind. However, I feel like the communication was lacking throughout the process, I was always the one reaching out to find out how inspections etc. went and once the property was under offer I felt as though my number was blocked, I reached out multiple times to ask questions regarding my property sale and heard crickets. All in all the house sold I just wish that I was kept in the loop more.

The agent came out of the blocks strongly wanting the property, which was great, told us that they were a no b2llsh8t guy and we'll deal with him from start to finish... ( FANTASTIC what more can you ask for ) advertising of the property couldn't be faulted, property went on the market quickly which was amazing. Where things started to disappoint was after the first offer and were told that's the best you'll get so I'd strongly suggest you think about.. Sure you know the market we'll be guided by your opinion to later on find out there was another party extremely interested in the property for a cash sale, who had been in contact 3 times with the real estate and left messages and received not one phone call back. ( disappointed is an understatement) The property took almost two weeks for contracts to be signed which were only signed after communication was made that it'll go back on the market if they weren't signed by x time the next day. ( Should have chased this up? ) Once the papers were signed all other communication was made by an employee of the real estate team which originally we were told would not be the case. Overall the property sold and that chapter has closed would I use this real estate again and suggest it to others most likely not.

We dealt with Peter Cardamone on the sale of a small block of land we had.
