I have found Peter to be extremely professional in all stages of our sale. I told Peter that I would take $645k prior to the auction. Peter said know let's go to auction at which stage I agreed. On the day my property's auction started at $560k. When it reached $600k Peter called me and recommended that I put my property on the market which I did under his guidance.
