I chose Peter Chauncy to sell my property because I knew he had the knowledge, experience and expertise to get the best result. He exceeded all my expectations! He and, in no small way, his team are a slick outfit of personable professionals. Thank you Peter,Ty,Bridget & Hamish!

I bought my unit through Peter and his team, and during the time I owned, used Mcgraths property management. I have now successfully sold my unit with Peter, who worked tirelessly and achieved a higher sale price within 4 days of my property being on the market.

We have just had another successful sales experience with Peter and his team. Peter's experience not only means he knows the area well, he also understands the things that are important to both vendors and buyers. I would highly recommend Peter to others considering selling.

Peter and his team are absolute professionals. They were always proactive, responsive and kept us informed all the way. We felt we were in good hands and they did not disappoint.

We purchased our property in Naremburn less than 2 years ago using Peter. As buyers, he wangled extra money out of us to secure the property but after exchange he promised to do the same when returned as sellers in the future. He was true to his word and I am delighted with the sale price achieved which is well beyond expectations pre listing. Peter facilitated ALL elements of house preparation including trades to fix up minor wear and tear, painters, gardeners and a great stylist. We expected our home would go to auction like most in the area but Peter was confident we could unearth a buyer from his database of qualified prospects. He did and in fact the house was only on the market for 24 hours. Peter even drove across town in the evening to ensure an unconditional exchange for all parties on the same day as the final offer was made. I could not be more impressed and would recommend you call Peter and trust his advice. He knows the area and is a true professional whom I will always refer people to when looking to sell or buy locally

Pete has been great to deal with. Professional, available, honest and trustworthy. He went above and beyond to help prepare the property for sale, navigating tenants and in managing all the parties involved. Based on his advice, I have sold quickly, easily and for above my initial sale price expectations. Perfect! I recommend Pete without hesitation, and will definitely sell with him again.

Peter Chauncy is known as the agent for Naremburn and so naturally we went to him for advice. True to his reputation, Peter has an unparalleled knowledge of the suburb, it's properties, neighbourhood, community and potential. The sale of our home was more than just a price, we had 17 years of joyful family memories and it was important that the next owners would love it as much as we did. Peter knew just the right buyer and our house was sold within a week. We couldn't be happier with the experience. We would not hesitate to recommend Peter and his team, they were professional, honest, determined and available for all our needs. Thank you Team Chauncy, an amazing result.

Peter Chauncy and his team were professional at every level. We appreciated every one of the services and people with whom we had contact. The support, timely communication and transparency of our sale process exceeded my expectations. Peter did a superb job of managing a challenging sale in these uncertain times. His in depth knowledge of the market, and advice, are second to none. I have known Peter for over 10 years. His consistent attention to building our professional relationship has been remarkable. The trust that is built over time is not something that Peter takes lightly. A big thank you to Peter and his entire team! I highly recommend that anyone in the area who is thinking of selling (and buying - as we are!) consider Peter Chauncy and his team to represent them.

Peter and his team are extremely hard working and dedicated to getting a positive result for all parties. I have both bought and sold through Peter, he is a true professional and it has always been a positive experience. No one is more knowledgeable about the Crows Nest / Naremburn and surrounding area than this team and I highly recommend them to any seller.

The advice across a range of areas (property preparation, marketing, pricing), the relaxed yet professional approach, the attention to detail and Peter and his team's thoroughness ensured a quick sale at a great price

Minutes after your first conversation with Peter, you become aware he knows his stuff. He has been doing this successfully for a long time and understands the market and the mindset of the buyer. His confidence is infectious. Our particular campaign was not an easy one. Our auction was cancelled due to lack of interest and we had a couple of close sales fall through, including two during the cooling-off period. While this is not something you can pin on Peter, we did feel a lot of our difficulty was a result of setting our initial price guide, and expectations, too high. Despite our problems, Peter stayed the course, stayed committed and in the end secured the sale for us. He was a pleasure to work with.

Peter was chosen to market and sell my property due to his extensive experience & knowledge in the Naremburn area. Peter's level of service and professional opinion of the market value of my property was spot on. Phillip
