Peters 17 years experience and knowledge of the lower north shore was invaluable to us during the sale of our home. Peter gave my wife and I comfort during the COVID period on the low risk options to test the market and sell our home. It was only on the market for 2 weeks! He walked us through the process step by step, his trades were magnificent in displaying the home, and his communication was constant and reassuring. He comes highly recommended and I wouldnt hesitate to use Peter again.

Thanks Peter, Lauren and Mcgrath Crows Nest. They did an excellent job selling our unit in Naremburn.

We recently completed our second house sale via Peter and his team and this time was no different from the first. Honest open feedback and advice, a realistic valuation based on evidence, seamless coordination of all the work required to get the house ready for sale and timely and accurate communications on the sale process. And all of this done for us as we live 2 hours from Sydney. Our Excellent rating is a testament to Peter and his team who got us a result above our expectations! We recommend Peter highly and would not hesitate to enage him again.

Peter is the one of the best agents I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He was extremely diligent in all aspects of the sales process. Communication was excellent and his ability to deliver great result was very much appreciated.

I can not recommend Peter and the team at McGrath Crows Nest highly enough. Everything was made so simple for me, from organizing tradies, through the photographing etc, it was all so easy and seamless. Sold my place in one week for above what I expected. Could not have asked for a better experience.

My experience was painless during the process of selling my home through Peter Chauncey’s Agency. He kept me in the loop through the whole process with clear explanations and at no time was there any pressure placed. I felt I was in control during the whole journey. We sold before auction. Yay. I would highly recommend Peter to all my friends and colleagues.

Having rented the property through Mcgrath for the last few years, it was a easy decision to also use Mcgrath for the sale of the property. The process was so seemless and effective that within a month of making the decision to sell, the property had been smartened up by various trades & painters, advertised, put on the market and then sold. This was all during the uncertainty created by the Covid lock down. Using Mcgrath seemed to be much more than Peter Chauncy, with his team of other agents and trades all working together to get the best outcome. We were very happy with the process and outcome. If we had another property in Naremburn we wouldn't hesitate to use Peter and the team at Mcgrath again.

Peter is an excellent agent. He is honest and upfront, confident but realistic and prompt with his communication. Peter helped guide us with some tricky decisions during our sale and we are so happy we took his advice as got us a really great result. He has also been super helpful in helping us look for something else to buy too. We would definitely recommend him!

Peter Chauncy is the most professional and diligent real estate agent we had the pleasure of working with to sell our property - he not only has excellent knowledge and great strategies to achieve an outstanding result but also worked efficiently rallying his team to achieve the optimum result. Peter exceeded our expectation by selling our property in just two days! We would highly recommend Peter Chauncy not only for his professionalism and expertise but also he is a lovely person with high integrity.

Together with his team, Peter is the ultimate professional with an understated charm and humility. He works with integrity to achieve the very best result for his vendor. He provides frank and direct advice, is a good listener and has a deep knowledge of his local markets. I feel Peter has absolutely delivered a great result in what is now difficult and uncertain times with Covid-19. I would have no hesitation in recommending Peter’s experience to sell your home. Thank you Peter! K

Peter is an incredible agent who works hard to secure the sale and at a great price. He is an unstoppable force and is extremely knowledgeable on the area and a trustworthy agent. I would happily use Peter again and would recommend him to anyone thinking of selling.

Peter and his team provided us with exceptional service throughout the sale process. The entire product from photos and marketing to negotiation and exchange was seamless and professional. We appreciated Peters direct honest approach and this helped us to negotiate a great outcome in a difficult COVID market. We have now transacted property twice with Peter recommend him and his team wholeheartedly.
