It was early March 2020 when I decided to go to market, I had planned to go late in 2019 but was dissuaded by another agents estimate on price. I decided to talk to Peter and the understanding of the market and value was much more comprehensive. Once the house hit the market the restrictions on open homes kicked in and auctions were to be an online event. It was obvious that the market would be limited. Following the first open house there was interest and an offer was soon presented. It was at the lower end of the forecast but in the current climate worth considering. As contracts were being prepared Peter approached all other interested parties and advised them of an imminent sale.
