Peter worked tirelessly with us to help sell our property under difficult circumstances. Being Sydney based, we did not have much appreciation of the market. Peter's market appraisal was very accurate and close to the mark. His assessment of market conditions was also spot on. Peter went over and above the call of duty, arranging for garden and home maintenance for the property. There was nothing he wouldn't do to help us. The property sold quickly and was due to settle around the time of the major bush fires. He kept us (and the buyers) informed, made sure that the place was safe and as a result, the property settled without any problems. Peter showed his commitment immediately when he was prepared to turn around and drive back to the property to show us when we requested an inspection with no notice.
