During that meeting, Peter showed a very good understanding of the market generally and also my property. Peter also stated that he already knew of parties that would be interested. As soon as he was mandated, Peter began showing his clients the property and duly delivered on a sale that was achieved with the minimum of fuss. Many times I have dealt with real estate agents who delivered on none of what they promised. Peter delivered on everything, including a very effective negotiation once an offer was made. Peter and Barry plant were very easy to work with, whole process was very smooth and hassle free and their large client database meant my property sold within 2 weeks before it even went to market! The only aspect I was weary of was that I felt they were a little overly suggestive of accepting an offer that was considered at or possibly above market value, which later turned out to be false as I sold the property for $13000 more than this to the same bidder 5 days later. This is pretty standard of all agencies though who are obviously after the quickest and easiest sale they can get and was not too put off and overall was very happy. I also bought off the same agent 3 years ago and was very happy with them as a purchaser then also.
