There was lack of communication throughout the whole process. After the sale went through I did not hear from Peter. I thought it would have been professional and courteous to receive an email/phone call to confirm the settlement etc. but nothing. Wasn't surprised to be honest. Was very disappointed in the whole experience from start to finish. I have put it down to the location, small towns have a tendency to be viewed as very laid back and casual with a relaxed approach.
