We have had a property on the rental market for a few years and mark was the best rental agent we have ever dealt with then when we decided to sell peter forbes did an unbelievable job for us it was an absolute pleasure to deal with both sides of the company and would 10000% recommend to anyone from tenant landlord seller or buyer great team thanks
Pete was great to deal with in every aspect of our purchase. He was thorough and made us feel at ease each step of the way. Pete was never more than a phone call (or text) away if we had any questions and was always happy to chat. He made the experience of buying our ‘forever home’ amazing and we are so grateful! Thanks Pete!
From start to finish on our journey to buy, Peter Forbes was amazing. He answered all questions and helped as much as he could. Very reliable service and will be using him for our next purchase.
Several positives...very helpful, respectful, friendly, prompt, and trustworthy. This was our first home purchase and especially as foreigners in Australia, we found in Peter the assistance we needed.
The property sold very quickly but there was a very long and protracted settlement period. Peter kept us informed every step of the way. He was very professional and we could not have asked for better service.
Peter advised an appropriate market value and listing price. He was proactive in marketing the house and remained in close contact for the entire time from listing to buyer showing interest to eventual contract and sale. By far Peter has been the best agent I have dealt with when selling my property. I have no hesitation in recommending Peter to anyone wanting to list their property for sale.
I found Peter's extensive Market knowledge, professionalism and communication skills to be exactly What was needed to make the purchase of my home. I'm very happy with the outcome, an outcome that would not have occurred without his persistance and kindness.
Peter couldn’t have been more helpful through out the whole purchase it was a really smooth process
Peter was very patient with us as we needed to sell to buy. He was easy to talk to and followed through on our requests.
Peter at one property in Dalby has just sold our house in Summer Ave and we couldn’t have been happier with his efforts. We would readily recommend him to take on the task of selling yours.
Peter has a thorough understanding of the local market. He is great at communicating with both buyer and seller.
Peter's attitude and reliability throughout this transaction was No. 1 . Would highly recommend Peter to any prospective buyers or sellers.
