Peter us a thorough professional who seeks to exceed the client’s expectations. He works tirelessly to achieve their goals. I highly recommend him as a trustworthy and easy-to-deal with agent. His colleagues are also great and provide another perspective.

Peter was easy to deal with and provided me with the information required to make the sale seamless.

I had been searching for a new property for many months with specific requirements. I met Peter Green several months and he listened to my needs. He came back to me a few months with a property he thought would appeal, and he was right. I virtually walked in and purchased. Peter is highly experienced and deeply understands the Shire marketplace. Importantly, I have since learned he is a man of quality and integrity. A sincere thanks for your efforts.

Peter was very helpful and kept us updated and informed through the whole process.

My wife and I had a great experience selling with Peter. He had a sound knowledge of the market, clear communications and really worked hard to get us a great sales price we were happy with. We are really thankful to have found a solid agent that we could trust.

Peter and his team were outstanding from the get go. His local experience and vast knowledge of my apartment complex was truly remarkable. He kept me informed of potential buyers and their status every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Peter and his great team. A job well done.

Bought a unit from Peter and was very happy with the prompt communication and level od service. Always responded in a very timely manner. Thank you

Peter is knowledgeable and easy to deal with and promptly returned calls when making enquiries as purchasers.

Our property was rented out by Peter Green and his valuable team since we purchased. During the time we had tenants, the property was looked after quite professionally and satisfactorily. Peter also helped us to make the right decision for selling, and just like the past experience we had from Peter, this time again the process went through very smoothly and professionally until the new buyer exchanged the sale's contract. I definitely recommend Peter Green and his valuable team to others for either rental or selling properties. And we definitely have Peter in our mind for the next time buying/selling our future properties.

Peter and the team worked very well and kept us informed at all points in the sales campaign. He was very friendly and we were very pleased with the process and his efforts to ensure the best outcome possible. We would recommend Laing and Simmons Miranda to ensure a comprehensive and diligence sales campaign.

I have positive experience in dealing with Peter Green from Laing+Simmons Miranda. Friendly, very responsive, clear communication, making the whole process simple & easy. Thank you so much Peter!
