1. Open house and inspections were extremely thorough. Michael was very knowledgeable and more importantly super flexible in accommodating our weird hours with a 6 month old bub. 2. The negotiation process was professional as well. They didn't make promises they couldn't keep and honoured those that they did. 3. Will definitely consider them again considering the confidence we got as first time buyers in dealing with an agent.
