He has great knowledge about the market and gave good advise on what was worth fixing/dressing up before sale. He did most of the organizing trades and maintenance, and took a lot of the stress off me. He negotiated well with buyers without scaring them off, and in the end got a good price in a falling market. His commission was comparable to other agents, even though he has decades of experience, and he was generous with his time, open homes and advertising.
