Peter was the agent who sold the Beh Street home to us some 9 years ago so we opted to ask Peter to sell the home when we decided to move to Hervey Bay. No disappointment from us as Peter went about his way & sold our home in a couple of days at a price we were pleasantly happy with. You are in the right profession with your person skills. Thanks Peter.

Peter has always been a pleasure to deal with. He knows the market well and is always straight forward and honest. Peter sold our house quickly and above asking price and I would not hesitate to recomend him to anyone looking to sell.

My experience in selling my Harristown property with York Realty could not have been better. Pete has a deep understanding of the market and provides timely, sound and insightful advice and support. The whole experience was stress free with the optimal outcome. I highly recommend Peter Harvey and York Realty

I listed my renovated home with Peter this year after moving out of the region. I needed someone I could trust to handle the sale in my absence. Having tenants still finalising a lease was no problem for Peter who was able to show through prospective buyers and conduct regular virtual tours. The result was peace of mind for me through the campaign and a good final sale price. If you are looking to sell, I highly recommend Peter Harvey.

Peter Harvey was our second agent we engaged for the sale of our pinvestment property in South Toowoomba. He has excellent communication skills and kept us completely informed throughout the whole process. After splitting ways with our first agent we felt 100% comfortable with Peter and team on the job.

Peter was excellent to deal with, His communication via phone and email is excellent as I am now based in Perth WA. He is not afraid to tell you if your price expectation is a little off for the market which was appreciated. I have no problem in recommending Peter to sell your property

We were extremely happy with our decision to choose Peter Harvey from York Realty to help us purchase our new home and also market our existing home. When we first met Peter we were immediately impressed with how he showed a very genuine interest in our requirements regarding our "new" home. He was very professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. We also liked that he has been in the industry for many years and has a very good reputation of being honest and up front and he was just the person we needed as our last contact with the real estate industry was over 16 years ago. His communication skills were excellent, always keeping us updated through each stage of the process of selling our home and buying our new home. We especially liked his positive attitude and calm nature. We would highly recommend Peter to all our family and friends if they are thinking of selling or buying real estate. Glenn & Jennifer Pugh

Not only did Peter sell our home, but he did it in the exact way we asked him to. Peter is very professional in all aspects of his work and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I would highly recommend Peter to everyone! I found his sincere, honest and professional approach to the sale of my home outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and his guidance was invaluable. Thank you Peter!

Peter accepted the listing for our property and provided an accurate guide of the value of our property. The team at York Real Estate visited the house, for cross marketing purposes, with other properties listed by the agency. Peter kept us informed regarding what was happening in the market, and we were pleased to receive a number of offers within 2 weeks of the property being listed. We were very happy with the sale result, especially in view of problems presented by Covid 19. We would not hesitate to recommend Peter and the Team at York Real Estate.

I told Peter what I was after and what my price range was and within the week he had a selection of properties for me to have a look at. I found the one and made an offer. Throughout the process, Peter kept me updated, gave me recommendations on what I should do next, and talked me through every step of the way, which made my first home purchase the best it could have been. I am very happy with Peter and his professionalism and I will consult him again when I have any future property visions.

Peter was great to work with. He is approachable, very professional and provides excellent service. Going above and beyond. This was especially evident with our house going on the market just as COVID hit. I would recommend Peter and York Realty to anyone.
