Very professional and realistic.

Peter sold my house in Toowoomba in a tough market. From the outset, Peter was realistic about what to expect. He did not over quote the sale as some other agents did. He has great knowledge about the market and gave good advise on what was worth fixing/dressing up before sale. He did most of the organizing trades and maintenance, and took a lot of the stress off me. He negotiated well with buyers without scaring them off, and in the end got a good price in a falling market. His commission was comparable to other agents, even though he has decades of experience, and he was generous with his time, open homes and advertising. I would highly recommend him to anyone selling!
