The property was well presented. Peter was on a conference at the time we called so had to make contact with the office. Angie his wife and also an agent handled our first inspection. Thanks to Angie's friendly but professional approach the deal was concluded before PETER came on the scene He did however oversee the contract process. It is difficult to rate PETER as it was mostly concluded by the time he entered the scene.

From the first moment I met Peter and through out all of our dealings, I have found him to be very professional, friendly and trustworthy. I feel as though he has the best interests in mind for both buyer and vendor. An absolute pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend to use for buying or selling a house.

If the property you are intersted in is not listed with South Coast Reality, then it propably isn't worth looking at. Peter and Angie are an awesome team, (as indeed are the rest of the crew). Guaranteed, they will find you a property to match anything of interest listed with another agent. I made my purchase from interstate. Everything including finding me a conveyancer was organized. I only had to make one trip from interstate before settlement. As a bonus, not only did I find a house that ticked all boxes; I have a lovely new neighbour as well!
