Peter provided us with a clear explanation of the marketing process, tailored to our particular circumstances, including a well reasoned argument supporting the choice of price range for listing the property . Immediately after signing the Sales Agency Agreement, Peter made arrangements for an extensive selection of photographs to be taken, for incorporation along with suitable narrative, on two principle web sites, highlighting the property’s features most likely to appeal to buyers. We believe the high quality of the internet presentation was fundamental in creating buyer interest, eventually leading to a successfully negotiated contract of sale. Communication following each open inspection was prompt and candid, leaving us in no doubt about the realistic strength of demand, providing a sound basis for the most important vendor decisions regarding acceptance or rejection of offers. We trust we have advised Peter sufficiently how much we have appreciated his efforts and those of his staff members, towards efficient fulfilment of every aspect of our Agency Agreement with South Coast Realty.
