As a buyer, dealing with Peter was a great experience. From the buyers perspective agents can often be quite hostile and even pushy. Most of them will employ childish coercion and manipulation techniques while making full use of the emotional leverage involved in house buying to subtly pressure you into making on the spot decisions. You will get none of this with Peter. What you will get is honesty and integrity and a man who values his honor and reputation. Something that is virtually non-existent in today's world. Even though as a buyer Peter was obviously representing the Seller, he still treated us with the respect we deserve and helped us find the right home for us.

His knowledge of the area and market was excellent. What I respected most of all though was the fact that he represented the seller with total integrity. His focus wasn't selling the house for a price he can get a quick commission from, it was representing what the seller would want. When bargaining a price or generally conversing with Hooly, I found him to be straight forward and honest. To me, the honesty, integrity and loyalty to the seller he displayed was first rate and professionally unsurpassed in my experience dealing with Real Estate Agents.
