Peter was punctual to our inspection and had a good knowledge of the local area. Giving me plenty of examples of similar properties and current pricing. I chose Peter and his team to represent my property for sale. He was open and upfront with all information when negotiating the deal and there were no surprises as the sale progressed to settlement. Peter was open and honest, so he came across to me as someone I could do business with. He understood my situation being on the other side of the country and made it easy to communicate throughout the whole sales process. Peter would follow up with feedback after home opens via phone and detailed written weekly reports on feedback from potential buyers. We would have conversations on strategy during the process and made adjustments where necessary. Peter's marketing and presentation during the sale is some of the best I've seen. Even when we had a potential buyer, Peter continued to market the property with the same level of enthusiasm until a contract was sealed. When the first buyer declined to continue with the sale I was not overly alarmed as Peter already had other buyers lined up to replace them. peter and his team have done such a great job selling our house. It was a rental and they took care of everything. We didn't even have to drop keys to anyone. Peter put a lot of time into getting more than out asking price and we couldn't be more happy with the outcome. He had the contract on in approx 6 weeks which in the market at the time was quite good. The buyers offered $15k less than what we wanted but he got them there and got a back up contract for the same amount. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.
