I am happy to provide this review of Peter and our experience in purchasing a property with him. My initial contact by phone with Peter was hard to judge - I believe I caught him cooking dinner and he seemed to be giving me the stereotypical agent replies of 'a lot of interest' etc. My next contact a few days later proved that I was dealing with an experienced professional - an inspection time was promptly arranged and Peter met us at the property right on time. He provided a thorough inspection and answered all our questions honestly. Peter also appreciated my non-nonsense settlement request as I detest the too-ing and froo-ing of offers : your clients and selling, we are buying - whats the sale price and settlement terms - done. Follow up paperwork and communication have been excellent, prompt and timely. Highly recommended and a great professional to deal with - it shows!
