It was good experience with gold fish.

We had a truly exceptional experience with the real estate team@ the Goldfish who helped us buy the property in Lucas, VIC. From the very beginning, they kept us informed throughout the entire process and were always approachable. Their team was consistently helpful, responsive, and professional, which made the whole journey smooth and stress free. What stood out most was the personal touch from Subhash Godara. He treated us not just as clients, but almost like friends. Even after the purchase, he continued to support us — welcoming us warmly when we visited the property and offering every possible help we might need while staying there, despite us living 1000 km away. His genuine friendliness made Lucas itself feel familiar rather than foreign. Alongside Subhash — we want to especially acknowledge Mayan, Aman, and Mia. They were always available whenever we needed assistance, no matter how small the question or request. Their responsiveness and friendly approach made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout the journey. If we ever have the opportunity to buy or sell property again in Victoria, we would be more than happy to do business with them once more.

I recently purchased a property, and I had an excellent experience working with the Subash and his team at Gold Fish Real Estate in Ballarat. The agent, Subash, is highly knowledgeable about the surrounding suburbs and always up to date with the current market conditions. His communication was outstanding throughout the entire process, he was always approachable and easy to contact whenever I had questions. He organised several inspections promptly and made the whole process smooth and stress free. He also has a very supportive and professional team behind him, which made coordination and follow ups very efficient. Mr Subash is clearly very experienced in the real estate field, and his guidance was extremely valuable during the purchase. I would highly recommend Subash and the team at Gold Fish Real Estate Ballarat to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

We expressed interest in selling our property and explained the process to us. He contacted our property manager, current tenants, solicitor and arranged for marketing. He pretty much did all the work and negotiated with the interested parties so we could get the best deal (he dealt with all the back and forth). He also wished us well and our family and made us feel he genuinely cared.

I had a very positive experience working with Peter on the sale of my investment property. He was proactive, communicative, and consistently took the initiative to keep me updated throughout the process. His updates were clear and timely, which gave me confidence at every stage. The campaign was well managed and resulted in a strong outcome for the property. I would happily recommend Peter for his professionalism and reliable approach.

Very helpful through the whole process, ensuring that everything was moving as expected.

Working with Tim was positive from start to finish. He's an excellent communicator, and was responsive when required. As a seller, I would strongly recommend his services.

Show good knowledge of the area and was very good in the negotiations

Good understanding of the market meant that Tim was able to get the best price in the quickest possible time. Communication as great throughout. Advicd was spit on.
