"I was most impressed with the way Peter found out that I intended to put the property on the market. It showed thinking outside the box. It also showed that the different components of Ray White Bayswater were focused and worked as team. The sales pitch was good. All aspects of marketing were discussed. The sale price discussed was reasonable. The marketing was excellent. Inspection times were varied to suit the needs of those interested in having a look at the property. Each person who inspected the property were spoken to several times to gauge interest. Each comment was reported in the ongoing weekly reports. The weather on the day of the Auction was atrocious which could have put off a lot of people, yet the price was acceptable if a little under the target. Best of all, the after sales communications remained strong. Any issues that came up were dealt with efficiently. I am delighted with the efforts of the team. I remain convinced that they worked hard on my behalf".
