Peter was enthusiastic and energetic right throughout the campaign. At first I was in doubt as to whether to go to Auction but the amazing results proved that Peter's strategy was the right one. It was an emotional time for us and knowing that everything was being handled made it easier on us. The Marketing campaign was a winner and I feel that a lot of legwork went in to chasing up prospective buyers. I really appreciated the frequent daily reports and phone contact. I did have one issue and that was with the marketing brochures and text, they weren't vetted or even spell checked and I had to change a lot of it myself. I did expect better in this area for the fees that we are paying. Overall I would recommend Peter, especially if the property you have to sell has development potential.
