We are absed in the eastern States and selling a property in WA given the distance and time differences Peter made it happen. Peters fees were lower that the competition but the service was top notch. Peters discussed a selling strategy and we went ahead and it worked. The property sold in record time and we did not even have to have a home open. The tenants were a bit of hard work as they were not happy that the property was being sold, however Peter navigated through all those challenges. The most important thing for me was the communication, Peter kept giving us updates and even attended the inspections etc and seen the sale through.
