It was the toughest market we have experienced for a long time in Perth. Peter was honest up front about the pricing I should set the properties at. It was a tough time and the properties took a while to get interest. However Peter was very efficient at getting the properties up and running including taking photographs for me and a drone shot of my block. He kept in touch even when there was nothing to report. He persisted to find deals for the block from builders which was beyond what was expected. We had many setbacks but he kept persisting. I appreciate his professionalism and attention to the job. Unprofessional, making fun of my disabilities from military service and distracting my medical service dog after being told he was out of line thinking it’s funny was the basis of my rating. Also after being supplied receipts of work done on defects before settlement when the exact same problem exists so I have still a broken aircon and faulty power points. When I questioned him he said”I don’t give warranties on second hand homes” instead of giving the sellers details so I can get it sorted. This is my 5th house so condescending tones noted. Negative experience

Peter was the real estate agent who initially sold my house to me and 6 years later I tracked him down and he has now sold the house for me - so I've seen him do great work from both the buyer and seller perspectives. Peter and his PA Mel always keep you updated with what is happening and conducted weekly home opens for months (which I'm sure is more than some agents would do). I was able to negotiate a competitive agency fee with Peter after consulting with multiple agents.
