I found Peter thru a friend of my daughters. We knew the young man that was apprenticing with Peter. Information that we were given to understand that came from Peter changed, ie percentage rate of commission. We had a face to face meeting over the sale of our property (the only one of three we were supposed to have) and information discussed at that meeting changed when we got the documents which were to be the contract for the sale of our unit. The young man or apprentice spent most of the time speaking to us, we only spoke to Peter upon multiple requests and emails and messages left to speak. On the day of the auction Peter spoke to me about 10 minutes prior to the auction and when asked why he hadn't been there for the half hour prior to the auction, Peter replied thats what my apprentice is for. Peter also informed me that over 80% of properties up for auction got passed in the first time and if sold didn't get the price the sellers were looking for. The apprentice found the person and spoke to him and got him to register that ended up buying our unit. I then found out that of the commission that Peter got for really doing very little in our eyes, the apprentice got a very paltry sum for all his hard work, for if it hadn't been for the apprentice, Peter never would had gotten the contract to sell.
I would recommend Peter to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable & credible real estate agent. Peter went beyond expectations & provided an efficient & friendly service when I was looking at purchasing my next home. I am very happy with his service & extremely happy with my purchase.
