I found Peter extremely pleasant to deal with and he told me he would have our unit sold within 4 weeks and it was. Peter kept me up to date with what was going on all the time and was able to answer any questions I had. I would recommend using Peter if you would like to sell your property.

We found Peters communication with us excellent, he always kept us informed and was very professional. We have no reservation in recommending Peter to sell your property as you won’t be disappointed

Peter provided sound advice and achieved a sale within the time period we specified at a price that met our expectations. He kept us informed every step of the way and was quick to resolve issues when they arose. Would have no hesitation in engaging him in the future.

Peter was fantastic. We live in NSW and our property was in Brisbane, he handled the sale for us very professionally. He had a great knowledge of the area and he knew our building very well, having sold a number of properties in there. He answered many questions, was always available to be contacted and replied to our messages and emails quickly. He advised us regarding the marketing of our property and suggested ways to encourage prospective buyers on open days. After the first open house our property was sold 2 days later. We had multiple offers and he went through each one with us. We highly recommend Peter if you are considering selling or buying.

Peter took over the sale of my unit in Kelvin Grove and rapidly restored my confidence in both Position Property and the options available to optimise sale opportunities. Three weeks later my unit was under contract for the price I was hoping for and proceeded through to settlement with no problems. Peter is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and possesses excellent communication skills. Impressively, Peter facilitated all aspects of the sale as I was unable to travel to QLD due to COVID restrictions. I have no hesitation is highly recommending Peter and Position Property.

When I first discussed selling my unit with Peter he comprehensively walked me through the process so I was aware of his intent to market. Fantastic result selling my unit in 1st week of having on the market. Very professional in his approach & a pleasure to do business with. No hesitation in recommending Peter to prospective buyers or sellers

As sellers of a Brisbane unit and living 900km away, Peter always kept us very well informed of every step of the journey in coming to an unconditional contract. Peter provided sensible advice and a range of options at each decision point. COVID affected the original listing’s chances of success and we were very grateful for Peter’s diligence and perseverance when we re-listed. We can thoroughly recommend Peter’s unflagging attention to detail and energy in arranging showings, providing detailed analysis of each showing and reports on follow-up activity. We will certainly ask Peter to list any future property sales.

Peter's market knowledge and professional skills really impressed us. He also helped us a lot during the whole deal, I would recommend his to anyone when selling.

Working with Peter has been akin to a partnership, driven by Peter's "We will sell it" positive and optimistic attitude. Peter was always calm during the regular feedback sessions which he maintained after every inspection. It was reassuring that the process was moving no matter the market changing momentum. Peter's suggestions and recommendations were spot on and it was reassuring that Peter was listening to the seller. This has been a great experience both in the outcome and in the process and the relationship. I sincerely recommed Peter as anyone's next agent - well done!

I was pleased the way he put the property on the market and in two weeks time we got some result, sold the property in a month time , very happy

Peter has great knowledge of the market and helped us decide on a realistic sale price for these uncertain covid times. His communication with us was and still is extremely good. He kept us up to date with all facets of the pre and post sale. Even though the market at the moment is not what we were hoping for, he was excellent in helping us feel confident in selling our property. I would highly recommend him if you are thinking of selling or even purchasing a property. Thank you Peter for all your assistance and advice with selling our Chermside property.
