From start of listing to sale, Peter made the process easy with professional and impartial advise that assisted us considerably. We were always well informed and felt that our interests were looked after. Thanks Peter for your efforts and assistance.

Peter is knowledgeable in his field and shares insightful market information. His sales strategy and approach are professional as well.

We are very happy with Peter and the outcome he got for us. Other agents were not up to the challenge of selling our property but Peter didn’t hesitate and got the sale within 2 weeks of listing. Peter was always punctual and did what he said he was going to do, we never had to chase Peter up or wait on Peter to get back to us. I highly recommend Peter.

When we recently decided to sell our unit we were not hopeful of a fast sale or good price as the market had been challenging. However Peter was able to combine his vast experience with our goals in relation to the marketing of the property. He had a number of potential buyers already in his contacts and our 2 open inspections had a great turnout. The result was a sale within 10 days at a price we were very pleased with. Peter also handled a lot of the behind the scenes issues with body corporate and tradespeople tidying up the unit. Thanks Peter for your efforts.

Peter made the whole Sale process easy, from deciding whether to list my property, market updates, great communication and a quick hassle free sale. These things were especially important due to me overseas during the whole sale process. Thanks Peter

I'm sure it's been a difficult task to stay in touch with the almost day-to-day changes in both the property market and the economy in the first half of 2020, not only in my locality but in the broader contexts of Brisbane and Queensland generally. Peter has not only managed to do this but has at all times maintained a very commendable professionalism as well as easy accessibility. I was confident in his judgments throughout the whole selling process and he was always able to answer all my queries in a very timely manner. His negotiating skills with prospective buyers have been exceptional.

It was a pleasure to deal with Peter when selling my Chermside unit. He had a good knowledge of the area and also the state of the market for that type of unit at the time. He was honest with me about what I could expect and always provided me with feedback following interest in the unit and inspections. I would not hesitate to recommend Peter's services and would happily engage him again should I require an agent in that area.

We sold our home in Brookwater with Peter Robertson of Position Property and found Peter to be very easy to deal with right through the process. His knowledge of the local market and the market in general was very accurate. We always knew where we stood with Peter as his communication was open, honest and straightforward. He was very professional in all dealings with us and we would highly recommend him to any potential sellers.

We first met Peter while looking at the market for a new home. Peter's approach left us with total confidence and ease so when we were ready to market our own home Peter was the obvious choice. Peter is the consummate professional. His knowledge within the industry and his intuition regarding our marketing plan was exceptional. Peter has a calm demeanour, he is honest and frank and kept us updated and at ease throughout the process of selling our home. He was open to discussion and valued our input. Our home was sold in under three weeks which is a credit to his expertise in his field. His excellent communication and negotiation skills ensured we were ecstatic with our sale. Peter was an absolute pleasure to conduct business with and we wouldn't hesitate recommending Peter or buying or selling a property with Peter in the future.

Experience buying with Peter was great - not overly pushy or brusque like other realtors but instead amiable and professional. Got back to us very quickly and acted as a great intermediary between us and the vendor. Recommended.

Peter did a great job marketing our house and I would recommend hime to anybody. thanks Peter

Peter has worked with excellent energy and knowledge to ensure that the property was presented and marketed to its best. Also he has been very diligent to ensure that a contract was agreed , signed and followed through to conclusion/settlement. A very professional effort!
