As a buyer - I purchased a house through Peter in late 2022. Peter had just had a binding offer put in on a property just as I started looking for a home. The day after the keys were handed over, one of the appliances left behind leaked all over the floor, and despite having no obligation to do so, Peter sent over a crew to clean it up in <15 minutes and get it all sorted with the previous owner. The other thing Peter does is give home open attendees a tour, telling a story of the house and pointing out interesting features you might overlook. That requires a level of effort most agents don't put in, but it really helps sell.
