Peter listened to us with regards the price we wanted to achieve selling my mum's property and he did not try to get us to lower our expectations, saying that he would do his absolute best to achieve the price we wanted. He arranged viewings regularly on the weekends and in addition would bring interested buyers through at other times. After each inspection he would contact us and give us a thorough breakdown of the interest in the property, we always knew exactly where we were at.
