We found him very approachable and were comfortable to ask him any questions (even the ones we thought were stupid). As we didn’t purchase from a usual vendor, the process was quite slow, and at times, annoying. However, we found Peter dealt with the situation really well, keeping us up to date and not bothered by our calls when when we where wondering what was happening.
