I recently used Pete the sell my apartment and could not be happier with the whole process and result. From the start Pete came across as professional but also keep things casual to make the whole process easy, comfortable and less business like, which I appreciated greatly. I asked him to be honest with me with every aspect of the sale and not to just tell me things he thought I wanted to hear. He told me what I should expect throughout the sale process and also expectations he believed he could meet, as in sale price and timeframe. While the open houses were going on he would always be in contacted with me before and afterwards to let me know how it went. Pete knew I was looking for a quick sale and during the offers and negotiations that were taking place he would always tell me what he thought and told me to pass on any offers he believed we could do better on. I trusted Pete’s judgement and expertise and followed he’s suggestions, in the end this worked out better than I could’ve hope. As throughout negotiations Pete kept showing potential buyers the apartment never giving up on better offers even when we partially accepted offers, and because of this it led to an even bigger sale than we both could’ve hoped for in a very quick time. I could not be happier with the service Pete gave throughout the entire time and will without question be using him for sales of investment properties I have lined up for the near future.

Peter was a pleasure to have working for me. The house itself was not without it's problems and we had a few false starts. Peter was prepared for this eventuality, working to a backup plan, even after contract was signed he was still working for me with other potential buyers in the wings. Final price was near his top estimate. Communication was fantastic, through a fairly lengthy and arduous sale.
