Had the house advertised for a price, I offered the price, he rang to tell me the owner wanted $20 grand more. He rang me directly and tried to pressure me into paying my deposit early. Thirdly, I got the pest and strata inspections done, at a cost of around a $1000, he rang my solicitor asking for them to be sent to him. Not someone I would trust.

Peter and his team were highly responsive and were kind enough to extend flexibility with viewings and discussion times / availability. There wasn’t the stress nor pressuring that we’ve seen with some agents. Highly encourage anyone looking to buy / sell with Peter and his agency.
