Contact via email or phone was always returned in a timely manner. Peter was very empathetic to our needs and our situation, which was a very difficult one, especially as we literally had to pull the house off the market at the 11th hour due to unforeseen circumstances, and then came back to him a few months later when we were ready again. I always felt we were in safe hands and Peter negotiated a great price prior to auction for us. His interest and service did not stop once the sale was made, either. He has continued to support us pre-settlement with various issues, some of which were not necessarily his obligation to do so. I cannot recommend Peter and Creer highly enough.
