With very little advanced notice Peter came to our initial meeting extremely well prepared. His outline for selling the property with comparative pricing of other real estate, McGrath approaches, his methodology and the high use of technical monitoring, impressed us greatly. Throughout the whole process Peter adhered to this outline, engaged a very professional team to create a video/promotional material and continued the 'impressive' factor. He engaged well with buyers and seller alike, calming any troubled waters and generally making a stressful event placid.
